Why is it not possible to track my order?
In the event of you being unable to track your order, it is possible that the product has already been delivered and the tracking information has been deleted by the shipping company.

I wasn't home when the courier tried to deliver the packet?
Contact the delivery company, who will provide you with a card in this instance, and you’ll be able to rearrange your delivery
I only received one item but I ordered multiple?
We like to provide you with affordable solutions, so will seek our products from a variety of different courses. So on occasion, goods from a multiple item order may be shipped separately to speed up the process.
The tracking information says return to sender?
If you receive notice that the package has been returned to us, please contact us ASAP to rearrange delivery of your item(s).
I haven't received my order, but the tracking says delivered?
It is the customer’s responsibility to track the order via the tracking number provided. Should you fail to receive your item, please check with your local post office. For any further assistance, please email us at email@example.com. Shaperlover doesn’t take any responsibility for items lost or stolen during or after delivery.
Typically, it is your local post office that delivers your item(s). Should you not be at home to receive the delivery, they will leave you a card detailing where and how to collect your order. Alternatively, they may state when they will attempt to redeliver, or this can be arranged by yourself.
How do I return an item?
If for any reason you’re not happy with your purchase and wish to return it, you must get in contact with us within 7 days of receiving your purchase. Please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org, including your order number and the reason for your return.
This request will be reviewed by our customer service team, and upon approval, you’ll receive further instructions and return information. Shaperlover reserves the right to deny any return request.
All returns must be received in its original condition with the original packaging intact. We can only refund the item cost, excluding shipping fees, tax and duties.
What is your return & exchange policy?
We will only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you encounter a problem of this nature with your order, please email a picture of the item to email@example.com stating whether you’d like to exchange it for the same item.
What if the item I received is defective/incorrect/damaged?
We require that you contact us within 7 days of receiving your order if your product is incorrect, and/or defective. Please contact us via email, including your order number and pictures of the item to firstname.lastname@example.org. We will endeavor to resolve your case as soon as possible
Will shipping be covered for my returns?
All shipping fees and other costs associated with returning items are the responsibility of the customer
How long is the returns process?
It can take up to 3-4 business days from the day we receive your return to process your order. You will receive an email confirmation once your return has been processed.
When will I receive my refund?
Payments made via credit or debit card will be returned to the same payment card within 7-10 days of receipt of the item or cancellation request.
When are returns not possible?
Should you place an order for a wrong item, or include an incorrect address, you must contact our customer service team ASAP to be advised of the appropriate course of action. However, you’re not eligible for a return for any of the following reasons:
- You failed to contact us within 24 hours after you've placed your order
- The product is in full working condition, isn’t defective and/or damaged
- The product is not in the same condition as it was when you received it
For any unjust or failed chargeback cases, you will be charged and held liable for all fees incurred by our legal team and collection agency, including any surcharge we may incur during the process.
